Electricity Consumer Bill Forms Printing Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited on an item-wise basis for printing of electricity consumer bill forms including general batch bill forms and MDI batch bill forms using A5 size Indonesia made wood-free high finished offset paper of 80 GSM. The procurement includes printing of 3,600,000 sheets comprising 7,200,000 general bill forms and 360,000 sheets comprising 720,000 MDI bill forms packed at 2,000 sheets per box. Registered and non-registered firms from WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs and NGC meeting the eligibility criteria may participate. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted under PPRA Rule 36(a) through the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on FCS basis with free delivery to Regional Store SEPCO Rohri and Larkana. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 and accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Banker Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted before bid closing time. Bid validity shall remain 90 days with the bank instrument valid for an additional 28 days.
