Hiring Of Janitorial Security And Technical Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services, security services and technical staff services for Tower-C at Old P&D Building Site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Rawal Lake Lodges, Islamabad. E-bids are invited on lot basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures, if applicable, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Separate bids are required for each lot and procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure. Estimated costs are Rs. 30,000,000 for janitorial services, Rs. 30,000,000 for security services and Rs. 40,000,000 for technical staff services with bid securities of Rs. 1,500,000, Rs. 1,500,000 and Rs. 2,000,000 respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and original bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted before completion of the bid opening session. Electronic bids will be opened at the specified time.
