Goods Maintenance Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited under a framework contract for provision of goods and services including mobil oil and lubricants, stationery, printing, computer stationery, other store items, miscellaneous store items, Muharram arrangements, software procurement, transport repair and machinery repair for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded through EPADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated item cost. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Prices shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.
