Mess Dry Daily Use Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department for supply of grocery and ration items, chicken, mutton, beef, eggs, dairy products and vegetables and fruits for the Cadet Mess during 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Separate bids are required for each category and one bidder may participate in one or more categories. Bid securities equal to 3% of the estimated monthly cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids shall remain valid from August 2026 to May 2027 and may be extended in accordance with PPRA Rules. Active FBR taxpayer status is mandatory.
