Description
Annual re-tender for dry cleaning and washing of linen for Financial Year 2026-27. Estimated cost is Rs. 20,00,000 and bid security is Rs. 60,000, equivalent to 3%. Manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals through Punjab e-Procurement System. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure applies under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 3% shall be paid through the generated PSID reflected in the e-Procurement System. Bids close on 20 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and open at 10:30 AM.
