Event Management Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Sealed proposals are invited from well reputed service providers and firms having office setup in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for prequalification under an open framework contract for event management services. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Only prequalified firms signing the agreement shall be invited subsequently to submit technical and financial quotations. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS and accompanied by bid security of Rs. 200,000 in favour of DDO FDE. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Applications submitted through email or other electronic means shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: This framework procurement includes event management, conference management, seminar organization, educational events, logistics coordination, venue management and event support services.
