Renovation And Revamping Of Pakistan Horticulture Authority Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above for renovation and revamping works at Pakistan Horticulture Authority Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 and accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
