Printing Electricity Consumer Bill Forms Sepco 2026 Tender Notice
Description
SEPCO invites electronic bids on an item-wise basis for printing Electricity Consumer Bill Forms including General Batch and MDI Batch bill forms using A5 size Indonesia made wood-free high finished 80 GSM offset paper. Eligible registered and non-registered printing firms may participate subject to the bidding requirements, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and Active Taxpayers List (ATL) status. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rule 36(a) through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on FCS basis with delivery to Regional Stores at Rohri and Larkana. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 along with the prescribed bid security. Original bid security must reach the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline. Pro Tip: Suitable for security printers, commercial printing presses, utility bill printers, offset printers and bulk printing service providers.
