Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites Request for Proposals (RFP) through EPADS Version 2.0 for hiring an Independent Transaction Advisor Firm to undertake legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal regarding amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligible consultancy firms must submit electronic proposals along with the prescribed bid security. Manual proposals shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: Suitable for legal consultants, financial advisory firms, transaction advisors, project consultants and technical consultancy firms.
