Food Items Prison Kitchen Supply Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of food items for the financial year 2026-27 including chicken meat, table eggs, ginger, white cumin, raisins, garlic, turmeric and other grocery and spice items in the estimated quantities specified in the bidding documents. Quantities are approximate and may increase or decrease according to actual requirements. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using online bidding under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders shall submit electronic bids and the original CDR equal to 2% bid security before the closing time along with the required documents, otherwise the bid shall be disqualified. Only registered and eligible firms participating through the Punjab E-Procurement System may compete. The successful bidder shall execute an agreement and furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value in the prescribed form.
