Annual Services Supplies And Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual tea and coffee services, 24 karat gold coins, repair of dispensing units, lube racks and dustbins, provision and installation of signage items, replacement of canopy top sheets and false ceilings, procurement of trucks for consumer promotion activities and supply of 900 MT imported LPG for July 2026. Electronic bids shall be submitted through SAP Ariba. Tender documents shall be obtained through SAP Ariba by uploading a duly signed request on the bidder's official letterhead. Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure applies to tea and coffee services, gold coins, repair works, signage, canopy replacement and truck procurement, while the imported LPG procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Technical bids will be opened electronically and commercial bid opening for two-envelope tenders will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders.
