Office Stationery Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Supply of office stationery, miscellaneous items, mineral water, pictorial accessories and provision of repair, maintenance and renovation services including machinery and equipment repair, computer and scanner repair, furniture repair, office building renovation and generator maintenance on a need basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible firms must have operational offices in major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR, listed on the Active Taxpayer List, registered on PPRA e-PADS and possess an AGPR vendor number. Proposals shall be submitted only through the e-PADS portal together with a bid security equal to 5% of the quoted price. Hard copy submissions shall not be accepted.
