Prequalification Event Management Service Providers Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms and service providers for event management services under an Open Framework Contract. Eligible firms having office setups in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, may submit proposals for enlistment. Only pre-qualified firms that sign the agreement or contract shall be invited to participate in future RFQ processes for technical and financial bids. Interested firms may download the Instructions to Bidders from the relevant websites. Proposals must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Applications submitted through email or other electronic means shall not be entertained. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 in favour of DDO, FDE is mandatory. Proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM on the submission date.
