Hiring Event Management Services For Tourism Festival Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of an event management firm for planning and execution of the Pakistan Tourism, Sports and Family Festival 2026 from 6-8 November, including the Ministerial Conference on Tourism, in Islamabad. The assignment will be undertaken on a 40:60 cost-sharing basis, with the Government funding 40% of total cost and the successful bidder arranging the remaining 60% through its own resources and permitted commercial activities. Bidding will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules 2004. Firms must be registered with FBR, appear on the Active Taxpayers List and be registered on EPADS. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through EPADS by 15 October 2026 at 1100 AM and Technical proposals will be opened at 1130 AM on the same day. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation. Each bid must include PKR 1,400,000 bid security and the original security instrument must reach PTDC before the submission deadline.
