Framework Contract Hospital Medicines Supplies Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for day-to-day local purchase medicines, Sehat Sahulat Program medicines, Zakat medicines, surgical and disposable items for the dialysis centre, laboratory chemicals and kits, X-ray films and cassettes, general store items, stationery items, printing and publication items, bedding and linen items, dry cleaning services, biomedical gases, hardware and IT equipment and dental materials for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Open Competitive Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible suppliers, manufacturers and firms registered with the relevant tax authorities, holding professional tax certificates and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System may participate. Electronic bid submission is mandatory. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each package shall be submitted before the closing time. Technical bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on the submission date.
