Civil works for replacement of old damaged and contaminated 6 inch and 4 inch AC pipelines with 160 mm and 110 mm PE water lines at Gilaniabad, Madina Colony, Saudia Colony, Pak Kousar Town and Muzaffarabad Khokhrapar for improvement of the water supply system, and rehabilitation of Al Hira Pumping Station UC-24 Orangi Town. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Rules. Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the required categories, Federal Board of Revenue, Sindh Revenue Board and Professional Tax authorities may participate. Bid security equal to 5% of the bid price and tender fee of Rs. 10,000 for each scheme are mandatory. Electronic bid submission through Sindh EPADS is required. Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the submission date. Pro Tip: This procurement covers water supply pipelines, PE water pipes, pumping station rehabilitation, civil engineering, municipal water infrastructure, pipeline replacement, utility construction and water distribution system improvement.
