Framework Contracts Medicines Medical Supplies Laboratory Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of medicines, surgical and disposable items, surgical devices, laboratory items, X-ray films and medical gases for the year 2026-2027 together with prequalification of vendors for limited purchase through quotation and local purchase of medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for framework contracts. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and importers registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System may participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value is required for framework contracts, while vendor registration requires a refundable security of Rs. 50,000. Technical proposals only are required for LPQ and LPDD vendor registration.
