Framework contracts for procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, lubricants, engine oil, batteries, filters, tyres, tubes, flappers, miscellaneous items, sports items, meal items, electrical items, feed for horses, tents, tarpaulins, ice, coal, store items, beds, boxes, furniture, fixtures, plant, machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, repair of machinery, repair of furniture, repair, maintenance and renovation of government police buildings, and transport repair services. Eligible tax registered firms with relevant experience shall submit electronic bids under the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of 3% in the form of CDR is required, successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance guarantee, and GST/PST inclusive rates shall remain valid up to 30-06-2027.
