Police Supplies Repairs Building Maintenance Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase and repair of miscellaneous items including other store items, hot and cold equipment, sports items, tents, tarpaulins, road safety items, fair and exhibition items, ordnance store, beds, boxes, meal charges, entertainment items, computer hardware, software, IT equipment, plant and machinery, lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing charges, furniture, fixtures, filters, batteries, tyres, transport repair, machinery repair and repair of office and residential buildings. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the framework contract arrangement. Bidders shall submit financial proposals, provide samples where required, furnish bid security of 2% and performance security of 5% upon award. Bids shall be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.
