Government Vehicle Repair Maintenance Spare Parts Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair and maintenance services with supply of relevant spare parts and items for government vehicles under the charge of the District Police Officer Mansehra for the financial year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure comprising the financial bid. Eligible bidders and firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must not be blacklisted. A bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount shall accompany the bid and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the total contract value. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the closing date in the presence of bidder representatives.
