Procurement of civil works under ADP No.1378/251393 (2025-26) comprising construction, improvement, rehabilitation, widening, black topping, PCC roads, shingle roads, street pavement, beautification and related road works through twenty six work packages including Jhanda to Panjman Road, Dalorie to Mangle Chai Road, Besak Road, Mainai Shakarai Road, Dakai Sar Deval Road, Kotha Soganday Road, Topi Matoona Road, Utla Village Road, Pikrarih to Gabai Road, Baghan to Sathkethar Road, Bada to Dalori Road, Malak Abad Road, Main Topi Utla to Dewal Road, Kotha Nawaz Abad Road, Kudro Sogandih Road, Kala to Swabi Khas Grave Yard Road, Remaining Portion of Pabini Road, Gulshanabad Road, Maneri Payan Bazar Road, Ziarth Pul to Beena Maira Road, Topi Kunda Road, PMC to Zargran House Lahore Village Road, Tamil Banda Road, Sher Afzal Banda Road, Islam Banda Kunda Mira Road, Zaida Janazgah Road, Gar Yousafi Road, Dodher Road, Madrasa Road, Saidano Road, Mula Kheel Road, Thandkoi Lar, Tower Lar, Dhand Lar, Lalo Khel, New Cham Lar, Garai Cham Lar, Qasam Khel Lar, Derai Shah to Shah Mansoor Canal and Gohati Mansoor Abad Kili Road. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in the prescribed categories with relevant codes and active KPRA registration. Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer estimate together with tender fee and additional security where applicable shall be submitted before bid closing. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded through EPADS and technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 27-07-2026 after approval. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10-07-2026.
