Model Street Construction Beautification Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works for construction and beautification of Model Street Mustafa Koroona Jandola District Tank and Model Street Masjid Gul Haleem Shah Civil Line Tank under the Uplifting and Beautification Activities project. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible government contractors must possess valid PEC registration with relevant codes, active KPRA registration and enlistment with the C&W Department. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in favour of the Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD Headquarters Tank by uploading the scanned instrument through EPADS and delivering the original before bid closing. Rate analysis shall be submitted where applicable and additional security requirements shall apply in accordance with KPPRA notifications. Bids will be opened at 01:00 PM on the closing date and remain valid for 90 days.
