Procurement Of Examination Stationery Framework Contract Bis Tender Notice

Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Malakand invites electronic bids through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for procurement of Examination Stationery under a Framework Contract. The contract shall initially remain valid for one year and may be extended up to a maximum of three years under Rule 31A of KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) may participate. A fixed bid security of Rs. 3,000,000 is required. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 12-08-2026 while bids will be submitted and opened through EPADS according to the prescribed schedule.
