Electronic bids are invited under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS for Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) of office, residential and other government buildings in District Mansehra for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible contractors having valid PEC registration, C&W Department enlistment, KPRA registration and FBR registration may participate in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security, tender fee, additional security and detailed rate analysis shall be submitted as applicable under KPPRA notifications. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21-07-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Mansehra.
