Vehicle Repair Engine Overhauling Spare Parts Batteries And Tender Notice

District Police Officer Abbottabad invites sealed tenders for the repair and maintenance of all official police vehicles during the financial year 2026-27. The contract includes engine overhauling, supply of genuine spare parts, batteries, tyres, tubes and other vehicle components. Interested registered dealers may obtain the detailed list of vehicles and required spare parts from the office of the District Police Officer during office hours by submitting a request on the firm's official letterhead. Preference shall be given to dealers registered for Income Tax, Sales Tax and Vendor Registration. A bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of the District Police Officer Abbottabad is mandatory. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract value and execute a formal agreement on stamp paper. Bills shall be paid after satisfactory completion of work, inspection and approval. Approved rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules.
