Framework Hospital Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for the financial year 2026-2027 including general store and miscellaneous items, dietary items, stationery items, printing items, linen items, X-ray films with compatible accessories, laboratory kits, chemicals and reagents. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible experienced firms registered with GST and Income Tax authorities may participate. Bid security of 2% of the quoted value shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 10:30 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM. Suppliers of life-saving items shall ensure round-the-clock supply.
