Printing Students Employees Identity Cards Tender Notice
Description
Printing of students and employees identity cards for the year 2026-2027 on a package basis through electronic procurement. Bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,200,000 and the required bid security is Rs. 48,000 representing 4% of the estimated value. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original non-blacklisting affidavit shall be produced at bid opening and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement includes ID card printing, identity cards, PVC cards, employee cards, student cards, secure card printing and institutional identification solutions through electronic bidding.
