Framework Goods Repair Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of goods and services including mobil oil and lubricants - stationery - printing - computer stationery - other store items - miscellaneous store items - Muharram duties items - software purchase - transport repair and machinery repair for the financial year 2026-27. Open competitive bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Firms registered with income tax and sales tax are eligible. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Sealed bids with samples and catalogues shall also be submitted. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 22.2 million. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each item shall be submitted through pay order or CDR, while a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
