Annual Procurement Of Medical Supplies And Hospital Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual procurement for the financial year 2026-27 including local purchase of medicines and panel pharmacy items - X-ray films for CR system - small medical appliances - laboratory chemicals - laboratory reagents - laboratory instruments on rental - blood bank items - dialysis disposables and chemicals - medical gases - stationery and printing items - dry cleaning and washing of linen. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority may participate. Bid security at 3% of the estimated cost for each procurement item and an original Rs.100 e-Stamp declaration regarding non-blacklisting shall be submitted before bid closing. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM.
