Auction Scrap Government Stores Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Public auction of unserviceable government stores and scrap items including steel and wooden clerk tables, steel and wooden side racks, electronic calculators, table lamps, emergency lights, wall clocks, desert air coolers, water coolers, waste paper baskets, newspapers, compressors, condensers, typewriters, computer accessories including mouse, keyboard, monitor, switches and capacitors, vehicle spare parts, motorcycle spare parts and wooden chairs. Interested bidders shall provide a copy of their national identity card before participation and submit a refundable bid security of Rs. 500 through bank draft or pay order. Successful bidders shall pay the bid amount on the spot and execute an affidavit for disposal of government record scrap where applicable. Income tax shall be deducted at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers in accordance with Section 235 of the Income Tax Ordinance and applicable FBR rules. Inspection of the auction lots may be carried out during office hours up to 25-07-2026. If the auction is unsuccessful, it shall be reconvened on 28-07-2026 at 11:00 AM and, if necessary, again on 29-07-2026 at 11:00 AM.
