Stationery Transport Repair Miscellaneous Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply stationery items, transport repair services for vehicles and motorcycles, and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed tenders are invited from registered, authorized distributors, suppliers and well reputed firms. Bids shall be submitted under the single stage two envelope procedure. A call deposit equal to 5% of the total bid in the form of demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Tender documents costing Rs.4,000 shall be obtained before the closing date. Contractors must possess their own shop or workshop, have at least three years relevant experience, submit a Rs.100 stamp paper affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted, provide CNIC, registration certificate and other supporting documents. Computer typed quotations only shall be accepted. Bids shall be submitted by 11:30 AM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
