Procurement Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Procure miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed firms, contractors and suppliers registered with Income Tax where applicable. Bids shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes containing Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal before the closing date and time. Only bidders meeting the technical evaluation criteria will qualify for financial bid opening. A refundable bid security of 3% of the total allocated budget for CFY 2026-27 in the form of a bank draft of a scheduled bank in the name of AIG LOG CPO shall be attached with the technical proposal. Contractors and suppliers must have a complete operational setup with documentary evidence, and only registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors are eligible. The successful contractor shall supply the required items at the approved rates throughout the financial year 2026-27. Conditional, ambiguous, incomplete, manually priced, abnormally high or unreasonably low bids will be rejected. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 hours following the submission deadline of 11:00 hours. Prescribed bidding documents may be obtained from the office during working hours.
