Entertainment Gift Items Supply Gad Tender Notice
Description
Supply entertainment and gift items excluding VIP visits for the Chief Secretary Office, General Administration Department and other offices wherever required during the financial year 2026-2027. Tender documents are available on payment of Rs.3,000. A refundable call deposit of Rs.350,000 shall accompany the bid. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical and Financial Proposals evaluated on a 70:30 basis. Eligible firms shall have their own registered shop, showroom or workshop, submit a non-blacklisting affidavit and possess at least five years relevant experience. Bids shall be submitted by 02:00 PM and opened at 02:30 PM.
