Cooling Tower Spare Parts Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure spare parts for cooling towers including PVC fills measuring 39 x 39 inches in male and female configuration with quantity of 3000 numbers through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bidders shall participate through EPADS, upload all duly signed and stamped bidding documents, submit the required valid PEC certificate where applicable and deposit the physical bid bond before bid submission time, otherwise the bid may be rejected. Bid opening will take place at 10:30 AM. Bid security of 70,000.00 is required and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers cooling tower spares, PVC fills, cooling system components, industrial cooling equipment, HVAC cooling accessories and plant maintenance materials.
