Security Equipment Event Support Rental Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of firms for security arrangements and allied services on rental basis during the financial year 2026-27 including installation of CCTV cameras, PTZ cameras, walk through gates, HD movie cameras, drone cameras, street shuttering, barbed wire and transport services comprising Hi Roof vehicles, Hi-Ace, Hyundai or Shehzore, Toyota cars, buses and Mazda vehicles. Bids are invited from authorized dealers, contractors, stockists and general order suppliers registered with FBR, PRA and EPADS. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available from PPRA and EPADS. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost issued by the Bank of Punjab shall be submitted before bid opening and a scanned copy uploaded with the e-bid. Performance security of 4% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Rates shall be quoted on a per day per item basis and may be submitted for one or multiple lots.
