Framework contract for local purchase of medicines for DHQ Hospital Tank through the EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids are invited from eligible bidders registered for income tax and sales tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid documents are available through the EPADS and KPPRA websites. Electronic bids together with scanned mandatory documents and bid security shall be uploaded through EPADS while the original Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Tank shall be submitted physically. Successful suppliers shall ensure uninterrupted supply of life-saving medicines even in case of delay in budget release.
