Independence Day Celebration Event Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for arrangements relating to the 79th Anniversary of Pakistan Independence Day including supply of panaflex banners and skins, wooden framed streamers, Pakistani flags with wooden sticks, packed sweets, gift boxes containing candies, toys, chocolates and juices, national magnetic badges, digital illumination of government buildings with SMD lights and accessories on rental basis and execution of fireworks. Procurement is open to income tax and sales tax registered contractors, firms and suppliers through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost shall be submitted electronically together with the original CDR before bid closing. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount shall be required from successful bidders.
