Municipal Goods Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for the procurement of rental services for exhibitions, fairs and national celebration events, supply, printing, transportation, installation and removal of panaflex, streamers, banners, pamphlets and publicity material, stationery material and photocopying, printing, scanning, binding of guard files and allied documentation works for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable and Punjab e-PADS. Bid security shall be furnished for each lot in the prescribed form with scanned and original copies submitted before the deadline. Performance security shall be provided before issuance of framework contracts. Procurement shall be made on an as-and-when-required basis.
