Eid Milad Un Nabi Celebration Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for arrangements relating to Eid Milad-un-Nabi celebrations including refreshments and high tea for participants, digital illumination of government buildings with green theme lighting and accessories on rental basis, supply of sweets, supply of sabeel cabins, supply of panaflex banners and skins, supply of panaflex with wooden streamers and provision of sabeel beverages. Procurement is open to income tax and sales tax registered contractors, firms and suppliers through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost shall be submitted electronically together with the original CDR before bid closing. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount shall be required from successful bidders. Pro Tip: This procurement includes event arrangements, decorative lighting, catering, refreshments, banners, signage, rental services, religious event supplies, hospitality services and public celebration management.
