Procurement Of It Equipment And Conferencing System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops, Mac Book M5 Pro devices and a conferencing audio system comprising wireless digital controller, transceiver, delegate units, battery chargers, chair unit and associated services. Separate bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents are available free of cost through the PPRA and EPADS websites. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-PADS portal. All bids shall be accompanied by the prescribed fixed bid security in accordance with Rule 27 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates and all required documents shall accompany the bids. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35.
