Supply Of Laboratory Chemicals Dental Materials Medical Equi Tender Notice

Category D Hospital Drosh, Chitral Lower invites sealed tenders from firms, distributors and manufacturers registered with KPPRA and relevant authorities for the procurement of Laboratory Chemicals, Dental Materials, Blood Pressure Sets (Japan), Ultrasound Gel, ECG Gel and Paper Rolls, X-Ray Films and other medical items for the financial year 2026-27. Tenders must reach the office through registered post or courier on or before 03 August 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Procurement shall be on FOR Chitral Lower basis. A bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount in the form of Call Deposit must accompany each quotation. Quotations containing overwriting, conditional offers or alternative rates shall be rejected. Bids must be submitted on the original company letterhead, duly signed and stamped on every page, along with renewed Sales Tax, Income Tax and registration certificates for 2026-27 and a copy of CNIC. Detailed specifications may be obtained from the office during working hours. Local items must be supplied within 3 days and imported items within 7 days after receipt of supply order. Delayed supplies shall be subject to a 5% penalty. Suppliers shall replace defective items and provide a one-year warranty where applicable. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
