Framework Contract For Procurement Of Medicines Laboratory C Tender Notice

Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Safdarabad, District Sheikhupura invites electronic bids on a Framework Contract basis for the procurement of various goods for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a). The procurement includes: (1) Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical Disposable Items and Social Welfare Medicines (Estimated Cost Rs.12,500,000), (2) Laboratory Chemicals, Kits and Dental Items (Rs.4,000,000), (3) Printing and Stationery (Rs.4,000,000), (4) Oxygen Gas (Rs.600,000), (5) X-Ray Films and Chemicals (Rs.3,000,000), and (6) Hematology Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis (Rs.1,000,000). Bid Security shall be 2% of the estimated cost for each lot. Bidding documents, specifications and terms may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System. All bids and supporting documents must be submitted electronically before the closing deadline. For Lot No. 1, bidders must possess a valid Drug Sale Licence (Form-9 Pharmacy). The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities according to requirements and to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules.
