Roads Bridges Water Supply Public Works Construction Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including construction of roads, widening and improvement of jeep roads, RCC culverts, RCC pipe culverts, side drains, suspension bridges, link roads, lift drinking water scheme, water supply schemes and playgrounds at various locations in Ghizer under multiple work packages. Tenders are invited from Government contractors and firms of Category-6 and above, with mandatory bridge work code where applicable. Separate closing and opening schedules apply to each work package. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is required as specified for each work. Tender forms are available on payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee through treasury challan. Bidders must provide original no litigation certificate, renewal receipt, CNIC, valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, project specific power of attorney where applicable and other prescribed documents. Additional performance guarantee is required for abnormally low bids in accordance with the tender conditions. Bids below the prescribed threshold may be rejected. This procurement covers road construction, bridge construction, culverts, drainage works, drinking water infrastructure, water supply systems, public infrastructure development and civil engineering works across Ghizer district.
