Construction of two pile-foundation bridges over Link III Canal in District Rajanpur for financial year 2026-27: Bridge 1 at RD 160+000 on Adda Faizabad-Hazrat Wala Road, length 100 running feet, estimated cost PKR 27.679 million and earnest money PKR 1.384 million; and Bridge 2 at RD 168+000 on Mehray Wala-Sikhani Wala Road, length 100 running feet, estimated cost PKR 27.496 million and earnest money PKR 1.375 million. The respective technical sanction references are MTC/2026-27/55/M-I and MTC/2026-27/56/M-I, both dated 2 October 2026. The stated completion period for each bridge is six months. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be paid digitally through the Punjab e-procurement system using the prescribed online payment facility; physical CDRs, pay orders, drafts and cashier cheques are not accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter, valid for three months beyond the completion or extended completion period. Financial proposals must state item rates, amounts against each item and the grand total; percentage-above or percentage-below quotations will not be accepted. Bids will be retrieved and the successful quoted rate announced on 30 October 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Commissioner’s office. No price variation is admissible.
