Description
Procurement of emergency rescue equipment and specialized tools in multiple lots including chipping hammers, rotary hammer drills, reciprocating saws, angular grinders, K-12 cutters, hydraulic circular concrete cutters, hydraulic chain saws with complete kits and water flow bottles, electric chain saws, gas detectors, high voltage gloves, static ropes, full body harnesses, carabiners, figure of eight devices, ascender sets, fall arrestors, pulleys, torches, battery operated cordless nail guns, portable oxyacetylene equipment, inflatable tents, camping tents, portable tables and chairs, pillow type water storage bladders, portable water treatment plants, extension reels, LED flood lights, search lights, portable electric generators, waterproof electric boards, tablets, portable printers, GIS navigation devices, satellite phones and satellite internet connectivity devices with one year internet package. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, sole agents and firms registered with tax authorities are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each lot shall be submitted electronically. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date.
