Printing Publication Materials Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of printing and publication materials for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procure system. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders and suppliers shall submit separate technical and financial bids electronically. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.1.5 million with bid security of 2%. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% in an approved financial instrument before contract execution. Technical and financial bids shall be opened at 10:30 a.m. on the opening date.
