Parks Public Spaces Upgradation Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Execution of development works including upgradation of Usman Park Singhpura, Ali Park, Nawaz Sharif Park Wassanpura, Ghousia Masjid Green Belt, Kot Khawaja Saeed adjacent school green belt, Children Park Shadbagh, Ladies Park Shadbagh, Nawaz Sharif Park Ravi Road, Yasrab Colony and Akram Park, and rehabilitation of the wall in front of the graveyard at Mohni Road Karim Park. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding. Contractors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate. Digital bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each work shall be submitted electronically. Bids will be opened at 1:30 p.m. on the opening date. Successful bidders shall furnish a digital performance guarantee up to 10% of the contract price before signing the contract. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: This procurement includes park development, landscape improvement, green belt development, rehabilitation works, public park construction, beautification, horticulture works and urban infrastructure enhancement.
