Hospital Medicines Support Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract on an item-wise basis for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, dialysis items, UHI items, general store items, transportation of goods and repair and maintenance of machinery. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Well reputed firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System in relevant categories are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Draft shall be submitted before the tender opening time along with electronic submission. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value. Bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the opening date. Conditional, incomplete or unsigned bids shall be rejected and procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and applicable procurement regulations.
