Disaster Relief Tents Emergency Equipment Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of disaster relief supplies including single-fly canvas cloth tents, family tents, life jackets, plastic mats, mosquito nets and portable toilets on an as-required basis with locked unit rates. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Manufacturers, contractors, dealers, firms, vendors and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted electronically before the closing time. Samples of all items shall be submitted before the closing date, while imported items may be supported through detailed technical brochures where samples are unavailable. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date.
