Procurement of tentage, lighting on rental basis, fireworks, refreshments, flag hoisting arrangements, flags, badges, caps, flexes, banners, streamers, sound system, cable aid, lime for sports activities, shooting, volleyball match arrangements and related services for Independence Day celebrations 2026. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the eP system with bid security of Rs.225,000 in the form of CDR. Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on the opening date. Additional performance security may apply where quoted rates exceed the prescribed threshold.
